Can I Motivate You?

Don’t convince yourself to skip your workout today because it could be just what you need! No one is too busy, it’s all about priorities. I know that life can get crazy and we all live busy lives but a 30 minute workout is 2% of your day. You can dedicate 2% of your day to yourself!

No more excuses. Excuses are for people who don’t want it bad enough. Here are some reason to workout today!

  1. You will never regret a workout.
  2. Excuses don’t burn calories. Be stronger than your strongest excuse.
  3. You won’t get the ass you want by sitting on it.
  4. Either you train insane or remain the same? Pick one.
  5. Someone who is busier than you is running right now.
  6. You will get a lot more compliments for working out than you will for sleeping in.
  7. Do something for you. You deserve it.
  8. A short workout is better than no workout.
  9. Nothing will change if you stay in your comfort zone.
  10. Everyday is a fresh start. Only you can make today count.

Did I motivate you? If not maybe this will! At the end of the day it will always be YOU and your body!

    I need to read this everyday! Haha when I get home from work all I want to do is sit on the couch. Your so right though once you get the workout done it feels amazing and it definitely burns some fat! Unlike the couch sitting lol
